We are currently hiring talents who are interested in healthcare design for our upcoming projects that are going to change healthcare deliveries in our country:

Architect / Intern Architect or Architectural Technologist

·Responsibilities:

·       Assist in the coordination of projects through various phases of design, development, construction, and close-out;

  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.

  • Assist in preparing detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents for permit, tender and construction.

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

·       Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and monitor progress.

·       Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

·       Other responsibilities may be assigned.

·       Staying updated on advancements in architectural technology, building products, and construction methods.

·       Fluency in English

  • 40 hour work week

  • Hybrid position

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Diploma in Architectural Technology at an accredited institution, or equivalent;

·       Registration with OAA as an Intern Architect or Licensed Architect (or in the process of obtaining licensure).

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience with healthcare, institutional, and/or hospitality design.

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other relevant design software.

·       Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Knowledge of and experience in applying architectural design principles, procedures & relevant building codes.
