Nestled in the Riverdale Park East community on the Bridgepoint Hospital campus, Two Short Storeys Daycare offers children from 6 month to 4 years of age a chance to explore learning in a natural setting.
Inspired by local park lands, the daycare’s interior design becomes a departure point where children can embark on their own learning journeys. Each classroom is marked by the outline of a park house that is colour coded to guide children to their classroom by age group. Within each class, age appropriate interactive wall elements encourage fine motor skills, teamwork, and creativity.

C& Partners Architects used their extensive experience to create a wayfinding scheme and aesthetic direction. Throughout the design wall graphics which spark the imagination will allow children and parents alike to enjoy a safe sense of place, evoking curiosity and infusing play in learning.
